Its own app. Telegram stays, if you prefer it.

Your briefing on the lock screen, approvals with Face ID, your mail sorted, lists you tick. Nothing to install but the app: sign in with a code from your mail, and your assistant is there.

Nothing happens without youEvery outside action is a card with exactly what would happen. You tap, or you don't.
Your mail, sortedWho is waiting on you, what can wait, what can go. It never sends: a reply becomes a draft in your own folder.
It comes to youThe briefing at 07:00, an approval when there is one, and otherwise silence. Quiet from 22:00 to 07:00.

Your head is not a calendar.

A job, a family, an inbox that's never empty. The heavy part usually isn't doing things, it's keeping track of what needs doing. Personal Bot takes that off your plate.

Without
With Personal Bot
You open five apps to figure out what today looks like.
One message at 07:00 with your meetings, mail and deadlines.
That one email you meant to answer sinks out of sight.
You see who's waiting on you, and who you're waiting on.
You spot the due date on an invoice too late.
The deadline gets pulled out and flagged in time.
'Can you grab milk?' vanishes in the group chat.
One grocery list that stays in sync on both phones.
You look up that name or address for the third time.
You just ask. It made a note of it for you.

A notebook that answers back.

That one name, that address, that standing appointment: just ask weeks later. It makes a note, so you don't have to carry it around in your head.

Every note sits on your own page, dated. You read exactly what's kept, edit it, or delete it with one tap. Anything temporary expires on its own.

Run the household together.

Pair your assistant with your partner's. One grocery list on two phones: tick it off on one, it's gone on the other.

Only what you pass on is shared. Your memory, calendar and mail stay yours.

What's still open?

Tap an item to tick it off.

It does the work. You stay in charge.

Anything that leaves the system, an invite, an email, a message, first becomes a card showing exactly what will happen. Without your tap, nothing happens.

Try it yourself in the example.

Never sends mail on its own

It writes a draft in your own folder. Sending is up to you. That's not a setting: the connection doesn't even have the permission.

No payment details

Not stored safely, simply absent. A purchase always ends at a link you complete yourself.

Can't be talked into it

An email saying 'forward this to…' is just text to your assistant, never an instruction.

Private stays private.

An assistant that knows your day has to be one you can trust. So you're in control, and nothing it keeps is hidden from you.

You choose what it sees

Calendar and mail are both optional. Connect neither, one, or both. Without them it simply works with what you tell it yourself.

You see what it keeps

No hidden profile. Every note sits on your own page with its date and source. Edit, delete or export everything, any time.

It stays yours

Encrypted on a server in Germany. Only your assistant reads your data, and it's never used to train AI models. If you leave, everything is deleted.

Turn on what you use. Turn off what you don't.

One assistant, and a row of integrations you switch on with a tap. It works out which one a request needs. Whatever is off does not exist for it.

  • Own assistant, own memory, own page

No surprises on your bill. Every plan has a model budget that comfortably covers daily use. Near the limit your assistant switches routine work to a lighter model; past it, only the unprompted messages pause until the first of the month.

Still on the fence?

These are the questions people ask most. Not seeing yours? Email hallo@personalbot.nl.

Isn't this just ChatGPT?

No. A chatbot waits for your question and forgets you the moment you close the window. Personal Bot looks at the calendar and mail you connect, keeps notes you can see, and comes to you with what matters today. With a hard limit on what it may do without you.

Does it read all my email?

Only if you connect your mailbox, and that's optional. It then looks at what's waiting on you and which deadlines are in there, and sets newsletters aside. It can't send, and no one else reads along.

I don't use Telegram. Is that a problem?

No. Your assistant has its own page where you can chat and see everything, and soon its own app for iPhone and Android. Telegram is an option for people who already use it, not a requirement.

Can it send mail without me?

No. The connection to your mailbox has no permission to send. It writes a draft into your own Drafts folder; sending is up to you.

Where is my data and who sees it?

On a server in Germany, encrypted, with a daily encrypted backup. Only your assistant reads your data. For the thinking, text goes to Anthropic's language model; it is not used to train models. The full list of processors is at the bottom of this page.

Which mailboxes and calendars work?

Microsoft 365 and Outlook for mail and calendar, Google Calendar, and any calendar with a share link (iCloud, school, published Outlook). Gmail works through an app password; a full Google integration is coming.

What if it's not for me?

Then you cancel, whenever you like. Your page stays readable for 30 days, you can export everything as one file, and after that everything is deleted, including the connections to your calendar and mail.

Tomorrow at 07:00, your first briefing is waiting.
