Connecting calendars

Your assistant reads your day from every calendar you connect, and books or moves something only after your tap.

Google Calendar

On your page under Integrations → Calendar: Connect Google Calendar, sign in, and allow "see and edit events". It asks for nothing else; nothing in Gmail, nothing in Drive.

Microsoft 365

The work calendar comes with the Microsoft 365 connection of your mailbox.

iPhone and iCloud

  1. Open the Calendar app on your iPhone and tap Calendars.
  2. Tap the (i) next to the calendar, switch on Public Calendar and tap Share Link.
  3. Paste the link at calendar.feeds on your page. A link starting with webcal:// is fine.

Outlook.com, school, sports club

Outlook.com: Settings → Calendar → Shared calendars → Publish, and copy the ICS link. Schools and clubs usually offer a "subscribe" or "iCal" link in their app. Several links go at calendar.feeds separated by commas.

These links are secret: whoever has the link can read that calendar. Do not share them or paste them anywhere else.

What it may do

Read: always, for your briefing and your questions. Book, move or cancel: only through a card in Telegram that you approve, showing exactly what will happen and whether invites go out.
